About

About me.

Hi, my name’s Rob. I believe fitness should be inclusive and accessible to everyone. I know it can feel intimidating at times, but my goal is to help people overcome those challenges and thrive.

I’ve always been interested in weightlifting, but staying consistent was a struggle. I would start strong, stay committed for a few months, and then slip back into old, unhealthy habits. At one point, I found myself 80 pounds overweight, with high blood pressure that required medication. My blood work was awful, and honestly, I was scared—I’m not getting any younger, and my health was heading in the wrong direction.

I knew I needed to make some serious changes. I started improving my diet, got a gym membership, found a workout plan online, and began training. At first, everything went great, but eventually, I lost momentum. I knew what to do and how to do it, but I couldn’t seem to stay consistent.

That’s when I decided to take it a step further and hire a coach. Having someone in my corner—cheering me on, guiding me through tough times, building workout plans, and tracking my progress—made all the difference. Spoiler alert: it worked! I became consistent, developed a genuine love for fitness, and now look forward to going to the gym every day. It’s become my escape from the worries of the world.

I want to provide that same support for others, which is why I decided to become a personal trainer. I studied hard, earned my certification, and continue to learn as much as I can. Whether it’s working one-on-one like my coach did for me or compiling information to empower others to take charge of their health, I’m here to help. My goal is to help people feel happier, healthier, more confident, and ready to keep up with the demands of life.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
